4.How to place an order?

Please submit an inquiry/quote from the website by filling with the form of electronic parts and your contact information. Email to ande@andesource.com or calling +86755 8835 6589 also are accepted. Quotations will be sent soon through our professional and efficient sales once an inquiry is received. Please send the approved order or confirmation message with the delivery information to our sales ,after you confirm the quotation again or the order is approved. We will send you a proforma invoice with bank information. Remember to specify the exact part number, quantity needed and manufacturer.

5.What's shipment way can support?

We ship worldwide using international couriers like DHL,UPS, FEDEX, EMS or SF. Usual we will use DHL/FedEx. We can also use client's shipping forwarder, just communicate with us. Standard delivery time is 1-4 business days (usual 2-3days) depending on destination. Other shipping methods may be discussed. We listen to every customer’s needs.

6.What payment methods do you offer?

We accept wire transfer payment in advance for new clients' first order. Payment methods: Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our HSBC account, Western Union, PayPal (Credit Card). We accept other payment way for special customer. Net Term only for Long-term cooperation client.About Bank fees: Wire Transfer Bank Charges USD35.00, HK HSBC to HK HSBC, don't need any charges. Please note that we accept payment in USD and EURO, GBP, HKD.

7.Can I get net terms?

We have a great number of customers ranging from ongoing repeat customers to one-time buyers. Net Terms can be extended to repeat customers following successful payment history with us.

8.What is the warranty on the parts you sell?

There will be a different warranty depending on the different situation, ,usually about 60 days. But don't worry, all parts passed QC before delivery to ensure they can be used normally. If you have any faults or problems with parts during production, installation or testing , please contact us: ande@andesource.com.

9.Can I create new account on website?
